Much like other foreseeable risks such as fire and weather, it is important to ‘drill’ your preparation for third-party use of facilities. This Training focuses on liability issues related to use of facilities by third-parties. With supporting forms, this Training provides step-by-step discussion of (1) identifying third-party uses/users through a Facilities Use Survey form; (2) evaluating appropriate third-party uses or users; (3) creating a Facilities Use Policy; and (4) establishing a written framework for facilities use utilizing a Facilities Use Agreement.
