About this webinar

Every state has reporting requirements related to the abuse and neglect of children. Though abuse reporting laws vary from state to state, ministry leaders must understand reporting obligations and create a plan to comply. Unfortunately, there are many reasons why ministries fail to do this well: fear of making a false report, ‘historical’ allegations, peer sexual abuse, and a misunderstanding of reporting requirements.

In this session, the founders of MinistrySafe describe how to find state reporting requirements, the importance of internal and external reporting plans, and common obstacles to reporting.

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • How to identify and understand state reporting requirements
  • How to create reporting plans and communicate those plans to ministry stakeholders
  • How to overcome common obstacles to reporting encountered by ministries

Join us to better understand your reporting obligations and build clear, effective reporting plans for your ministry.
