More Than 3,000 Registrations Signal Growing Engagement in National Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Webinar Series

Fort Worth, Texas – More than 3,000 registrations have been recorded for MinistrySafe’s national 8-part child sexual abuse prevention webinar series, signaling a growing commitment among churches and child-serving ministries to strengthen child protection efforts.

The Journey to a Safer Ministry series launched earlier this year, drawing more than 1,400 registrants to the first session alone, with additional participants accessing the training on demand. The opening webinar focused on how abusers groom both children and gatekeepers in ministry environments. The strong engagement reflects increased awareness among church leaders of risk exposure and the importance of structured prevention systems. 

“Church leaders are becoming more aware of the risk of sexual abuse and want to ensure the safety of their children and vulnerable populations,” said Gregory Love, Co-Founder of MinistrySafe. “We are encouraged to see so many ministry leaders taking intentional steps to reinforce screening processes, policies, and training efforts.”
